Middle School

Our Middle School program was developed to enable students to participate in an accelerated curriculum and gain admittance into the high school of their choice. It provides an excellent educational opportunity for early adolescents to help them master academic skills, acquire concepts and strive towards their personal best in a close-knit family environment.
The teachers provide an environment which facilitates cooperative and interactive learning, hands-on projects and provides for varied assessment while actively integrating technology in most aspects of the learning process. The students are taught by their teachers to become technologically adept, effective problem solvers, communicators, researchers and self-motivated learners.
The instructional education program offered in the Middle School classes includes: Art, Algebra, Computers, English Grammar, Geography, Literature, Mathematics, Music, Physical Education, Science, Social Studies, Spanish, and United States Government and History. These classes are taught in a personalized environment with an emphasis on personal teacher attention. A comprehensive extracurricular sports program is included as an after school activity.
O Ambassadors Club
International Awareness Added to Middle School Curriculum - The seventh and eighth graders have made the O Ambassadors Club part of their curriculum. The O Ambassadors is a joint project of Oprah’s Angel Network and Free The children that inspires students to become active, compassionate and knowledgeable global citizens. The students will focus on East Africa through learning and awareness of the four millennium goals – poverty, education, health and sustainable development – to build a better world. Fundraising is one component of the program and any money raised will directly help children in East Africa.
