The
Admissions Process
1. Request an Application for Admission packet for each child
you wish to enroll.
2. Complete one (1)
Application for Admission for each child you wish to enroll.
3. Complete the blue
Emergency Information and Immunization Record Card (EIIRC) for
each child and attach a copy of each child's immunization
records.
4. Provide a copy of each child's birth certificate.
5. Mail completed Application, EIIRC (blue card), birth
certificate and application fee to El Dorado Private School,
20624 N. 76th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255.
Upon receipt by the Admissions Office, your packet will be
checked for accuracy and completion. Incomplete packets will
not be processed until all information is received. Once a
packet has been verified as being correct and complete, your
child will be enrolled in the program if accepted. Upon
enrollment, you will be contacted to come in and complete the
registration process by paying the necessary registration
fee(s) and signing the Tuition Payment Agreement (TPA). The
registration process is not considered complete until all fees
are paid and the Tuition Payment Agreement is signed by all
parents/legal guardians!
If, upon reviewing the completed application packet, El Dorado
Private School determines that we can not meet your child's
needs, you will be notified by phone or email, and all
relevant documents will be returned to you. The application
fee is non-refundable and will not be returned.
