Hi, my name is Greg McDermott and I am excited to be a part of the El Dorado team! This will be my 19th year teaching at El Dorado.


I have spent the last nine years teaching in 1st grade and 1st/2nd grade classrooms. This year, I am also excited to be teaching El Dorado's 8th Grade Geometry course. I obtained my teaching degree from Arizona State University.

 

I spend my evenings tutoring high school students, everything from Math and English to Science and Spanish, and coaching youth soccer. I currently coach the Varisity and JV boys soccer teams at Pinnacle High School, as well as a U-17 boys club team for North Valley Soccer Club.
