Parent Action
Committee (PAC)
The Parent Action Committee (PAC) is
made up exclusively of El Dorado parents who volunteer
their time, talents and materials for the benefit of El
Dorado Private School and its students. PAC organizes
many activities throughout the year including uniform
exchange, yogurt nights, teacher appreciation luncheon
and many others. PAC cannot succeed without the
continued support of El Dorado parents.
PAC has made many improvements to the
El Dorado campus over the years including playground sun
shades and equipment, benches for dispersal and
additional security cameras around campus. PAC also
spearheaded last years first fundraising effort in
several years that led to the installation of SMART
Boards in all kindergarten through 8th grade
classrooms!
PAC is excited to build on the
momentum from last year and bring more technology to the
students at El Dorado. The technology committee is
currently working with teachers and the administration
to develop a technology plan. The plan could include
new computers in the classrooms, new laptops in the
computer lab and a textbook free campus for third
through eighth grade. All proceeds from PAC activities
this year will go to support the technology initiative.
