Dear Parents and/or Guardians:
Below are the Stanford Achievement Test results
for the 2009-2010 school year. In each of the grades that participated in
the testing, the students scored above grade
level in each of the academic areas. I attribute this
success to our accelerated curriculum, our excellent teaching staff and the
parental support that the students receive from home.
Congratulations to all of the
students on a job well done!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Linda L. McDermott
Principal
Stanford 10 Scores
2009-2010 School Year
|
The Stanford 10 is
a nationally recognized norm based test which compares the academic
achievements of students across the United States. The scores
in the table below indicate the grade equivalent of the combined
scores for each grade level. A grade equivalent is a score
that represents the average performance of students tested in a
given month of the school year. Each score refers to the grade
for which the score is typical. The numeral to the left of the
decimal point refers to the grade for which the score is typical,
and the numeral to the right of the decimal point represents one
tenth of the school year, or one school month. For example, a
score of 4.7 would refer to an average student in the fourth grade
in the seventh month of school.
